Job Description

Business Development Director: Spearhead our growth and enhance our market presence by discovering new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will drive company growth and maintain a competitive edge in the market by identifying new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.

  • Conduct market research to identify new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Analyse the competitive landscape and market trends to forecast business goals.

Our ideal candidate has:

Proven experience at Senior Business Development Manager/Director level in DC sector, working direct/indirect with Hyperscale and Enterprise clients

Extensive experience in a sales environment with a strong background in the Construction sector

Ability to analyse market data and trends to make informed business decisions.

Strong strategic planning skills to develop and implement effective business development strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Proven leadership abilities to inspire and guide the business development team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
