Customer Support Coordinator

Key responsibilities for this role include providing exceptional client service and support.
Client Service Delivery- Provide outstanding customer care through ticket handling, calls, and emails.
- Process applications and requests on behalf of the client with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assign access to systems for new users in accordance with company policies.
- Compile and provide regular reports to internal management and clients.
- Process registrations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Evaluate and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Update files, procedures, and other relevant documents.
- Review and update invoicing records and allocate costings accordingly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one to two years' experience in administration with a strong customer service background.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Dynamics is essential.
- Previous experience with CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills are also required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Teamwork and collaboration are key components of this position.
