Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team in Dublin. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers and stakeholders.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for homecare patients and healthcare staff, answering queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for liaising and coordinating with internal and external contacts to resolve daily delivery issues and processing orders and tasks for field staff onto our bespoke database.

Your main objective will be to ensure all service levels and targets are not only achieved but exceeded regularly. This requires a customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a flexible attitude towards change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to homecare patients and healthcare staff, answering queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaison and Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with internal and external contacts to resolve daily delivery issues.
  • Order Processing: Process orders and tasks for field staff onto our bespoke database.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workload effectively. You must also be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

In addition, you should have strong computer skills using Microsoft Word & Excel, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
