About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide critical administrative support, help maintain and improve quality processes, and ensure compliance with internal standards. Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for quality team with preparation, review, and assistance with updating and maintaining quality documentation.
- Assist in the monthly quality audits of each site, undertake quality auditing and reporting as set out in our quality procedures.
- Attend quality kick-off and ongoing site-based quality meetings where required and ensure meeting minutes are being captured and reported.
- Collaborate effectively with other staff across the organisation and develop strong working relationships with the quality team.
- Work with senior quality supervisors to maintain on-site quality trackers and ensure these are up to date.
- Assist quality team to maintain and update project quality documentation including quality management plans, checklists, benchmarks, and all other quality-related documents.
- Ensure all project quality records are saved in accordance with company procedures in our integrated management system (ISO).
- Assist in the preparation of quality presentations and training materials as required.
- 2+ years of administrative experience in construction, engineering, or a related industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
