A day in the life of an AWS Support Engineer is a dynamic and challenging experience.

As part of our team, you will be at the forefront of delivering best-in-class incident management to Amazon businesses worldwide.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and resolve complex technical systems issues, utilizing your analytical skills and scripting knowledge to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements and automation initiatives, driving down event duration through expertise in operational excellence, current best practices, and incident management tooling.

In this role, you will have full visibility on all AWS services, working closely with internal teams to support large-scale events and improving the overall customer experience.
