Programme Management Office (PMO) Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the Programme Management Office function in the governance and monitoring of IT and Cybersecurity projects and programmes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to PMO, including onboarding new programme managers, monitoring training and key compliance activities.
  • Manage system administration of PMO tools, such as Planview and Jira.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio demand and delivery reports using various tools like Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Produce regular PMO and portfolio status and compliance reports.
  • Contribute to resource and capacity planning across the IT PMO programmes.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and compliance follow-ups as needed.
  • Manage enhancement requests for changes to systems and processes.
  • Pursue Portfolio improvement initiatives as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in business or information technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project/PMO/portfolio administration or coordination.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working in a large-scale, multinational global organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and financial acumen.
  • Proficiency in project and portfolio reporting and visualization.
  • Good experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau.
  • Project management qualifications an advantage.
  • Planview experience an advantage.
