Job Overview:

The role of a Legal Administrator is to provide administrative support to in-house legal teams or busy legal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and manage standard-form legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), bailment agreements and letters of authorization/signature confirmations.
  • Coordinate the execution process for contracts and other legal documents, including physical and electronic signatures.
  • Manage legal document storage and filing systems to ensure version control and accessibility.
  • Maintain the legal calendar, tracking expiry/renewal of contracts, certificates and filings, and coordinating regular compliance events.
  • Support basic export licensing processes, including maintaining internal records of export classifications and licenses and preparing routine license applications under supervision.
  • Liaise with other departments on various commercial and compliance matters.
  • Organize internal compliance and legal training sessions.
  • Support due diligence as needed.
  • Act as liaison with external counsel and service providers for routine matters.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal team as required.
