EMEA Consumer Products Coordinator Job Description

The EMEA Consumer Products Coordinator is responsible for assisting daily operations within the EMEA Consumer Products team. This role involves highly collaborative work with team members, requiring excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • SUPPORTING DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE CPX DTC BUSINESS.
  • MANAGING DAILY OPERATIONS WITH OUR THIRD PARTY LOGISTICS PARTNER.
  • COLLABORATING WITH THE TAX TEAM TO ENSURE PROPER DOCUMENTATION FOR ALL IMPORTS FROM CUSTOMS BROKERS.
  • COORDINATING WITH EMEA PLAYER SUPPORT REGARDING PLAYER ORDERS AND OTHER ISSUES OUTSIDE NORMAL OPERATIONS.
  • SCHEDULING LOGISTICS FOR EVENT TRANSPORT.
  • RASING PURCHASE ORDER REQUISITIONS FOR EMEA DTC PRODUCTS.
  • WORKING CLOSELY WITH FINANCE TO RAISE INVOICES AND TRACK PAYMENTS FOR MERCHANDISE SERVICES.
  • REVIEWING EU REGULATIONS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH PACKAGING AND WASTE MATERIAL GUIDELINES.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 2-5 years of experience in finance administration, merchandise, and logistics management.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • KNOWLEDGE OF PURCHASE ORDER SYSTEMS.
  • EXPERIENCE MANAGING EXTERNAL VENDORS.
  • UNDERSTANDING OF WORKING WITHIN AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION.
