Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Manager to lead our telesales function in the FMCG food packaging sector. This role is key to expanding our customer base, enhancing market presence, and driving adoption of our online platform.

This position involves developing and implementing a strategic B2B telesales function to drive sales growth and customer excellence. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in telesales, preferably within the FMCG B2B sector, and excel in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategic B2B telesales function within the FMCG food packaging sector to drive sales growth and customer excellence.
2. Lead proactive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and market research, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
3. Manage inbound and outbound sales interactions, delivering compelling presentations and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
4. Build and maintain key account relationships, providing insights to support sales strategy and optimize conversion rates.
5. Track performance through detailed reporting and collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align efforts and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the FMCG B2B sector.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles meeting sales targets.
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Prior experience in the food packaging industry is desirable, but not essential.
