About the Role: As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle from qualification to demo, through to closing deals. This involves driving revenue growth by building relationships with key clients and managing multiple prospects simultaneously.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with leading companies in your market/region.
  • Develop and execute a long-term sales pipeline strategy.

Your Profile & Skills:

  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • 1+ years of experience carrying net-new revenue quota, with a track record of exceeding targets in SaaS sales.
  • Ability to effectively qualify, position, and close deals.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
