About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Revenue Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
- Managing and optimising a B2B sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality opportunities.
- Leading daily sales huddles with the telesales team to drive motivation and performance.
- Meeting with clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
- Overseeing the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and high customer satisfaction.
- Delivering regular sales reports and insights to senior leadership, tracking performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- FOLLOWING UP ON LEADS STRATEGICALLY, ENSURING CONSISTENT ENGAGEMENT WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS.
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing high-value deals.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and optimise a sales pipeline effectively.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and strategic planning abilities.
- Comfortable working autonomously and making data-driven decisions.
