Hotel Revenue Growth Manager

The Moriarty Group is a respected Irish-owned company operating in the retail grocery and hospitality industries. Our group owns three large Super Valu stores and two 4-star hotels in Leixlip and Balbriggan. We employ over 550 staff across our operations.

We aim to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies. As a Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a key role in achieving our vision and contributing to the success of our hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth
- Liaise with front office managers to optimize room revenue and improve guest satisfaction
- Manage all aspects of sales and marketing activities to ensure maximum revenue generation
- Develop and execute marketing, PR, and social media plans to promote the hotels' services and amenities
- Analyze competitors and manage database to identify new business opportunities
- Edit website content and create new content seasonally to align with marketing plans
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to target corporate and conference clients
- Promote events and functions, such as weddings and parties, to maximize revenue
- Build relationships with potential and past clients through targeted sales and marketing strategies
- Assist in creating and implementing quarterly and annual sales plans and budgets
Requirements:
- Proven track record in successful sales and marketing within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience working as a sales and marketing manager in a 3- or 4-star property
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and emerging trends
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
- Outgoing personality and strong people management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
