Hotel Revenue Strategist

The Plaza Hotel is seeking a Hotel Revenue Strategist to join their team. As a key member of the sales and marketing department, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximise hotel revenue and market share.
This includes creating effective marketing campaigns, managing sales activities, and building strong relationships with clients to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities through corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event organisers.
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective marketing campaigns for the hotel.
- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the revenue & reservations management team to optimise pricing strategies and promotional packages.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel sales and marketing (3-5 years preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
