Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute revenue strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Manage day-to-day yield operations, including daily pick-up analysis and strategy adjustments
- Perform competitive benchmark studies and analyze market trends to inform pricing strategies
- Collaborate with hotel sales and reservations teams to optimize distribution channels and revenue streams
- Conduct regular property performance reviews and develop strategic action plans to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel regularly to our hotels and participate in business development activities
