About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to join our team and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  2. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
  4. Lead and develop the Sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  5. Promote accurate forecasting and ensure seamless integration with Revenue Management.
  6. Support daily sales activities and perform additional duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate

We seek a motivated and results-driven Director of Sales with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
