">• Provide desktop support, email, remote, and telephone support for all users.
">• Assist in the migration of endpoints to a cloud-managed solution.
">• Document changes of processes for end-user support.
">• Perform hardware and software upgrades on all related equipment.
">• Address network issues across a variety of technologies and platforms.
">• Ensure the implementation and support of security standards, as required.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">• Minimum of a Certificate/Diploma in an appropriate IT-related area.
">• Typically with 2 years' experience in a similar role.
">• In-depth knowledge of supported Windows client operating systems.
">• Previous experience supporting hardware and software.
