**Job Title:** Customer Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our customers. This role involves overseeing the smooth running of daily operations, achieving target service levels, and driving customer forecast, clarity, and execution.Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations for assigned customers, including order placement and processing, quota execution, returns management, and communication of delivery exceptions. • Place and organize samples and clearance orders. • Serve as the primary point of contact for order performance and queries from internal and external customers. • Monitor customer performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and investigate any shortages or failures. • Optimize order-to-delivery processes to minimize supply chain costs. • Participate in customer meetings to support sales efforts and provide insights on performance. • Collaborate with other teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain customer business continuity plans and conduct regular tests. • Manage stock inbounds and communicate with third-party distributors. • Resolve stock queries efficiently and accurately. • Continuously review and improve cost-to-serve and ways of working across different categories. • Develop effective relationships with suppliers and partners to drive growth and accuracy.Requirements:
