EU Operations Manager Job Summary

This role is for an EU Operations Manager responsible for overseeing a team that executes the complaints and vulnerability policy for Monzo EU. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how operational teams serve Complaints and Vulnerable Customers in a CBI regulated environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current processes to deliver great service against all key goals and performance indicators.
  • Redesign processes to provide a great customer experience, handle all contact efficiently and effectively.
  • Drive operational improvements by interpreting performance data confidently and highlighting areas for change.
  • Lead core projects from end to end, driving innovative change through collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of leading a highly effective operation in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to get results through people.
  • Values-driven approach in line with Monzo's core values.
  • Deep understanding of how to serve Complaints and Vulnerable Customers in a CBI regulated environment.
