We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our clients.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires strong financial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to clients, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years PQE practical experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
  • Experience working with international companies, preferably in a multinational corporation setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial results and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
