Front Office Management Opportunity

We are currently recruiting an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Desk team in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the day-to-day Front Office operations meet Department and Hotel standards
  • Provide quality service to guests at all times, addressing queries and complaints promptly
  • Carry out duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements
  • Assist with Front Desk activities and guest queries, as well as check-in and check-out processes
  • Deal with all payments, ensuring they are balanced and accurate
  • Assist with the induction, training, and supervision of Team Members
  • Track and monitor weekly customer feedback and respond accordingly
  • Review Customer Service feedback targets and implement corrective action if necessary
  • Ensure guest satisfaction standards are maintained by the Reception Team
  • Control costs, including payroll, associated with the Department
  • Motivate Team Members towards achieving Sales targets for Front Office
  • Liaise with Revenue and Reservations Manager to maximise Front Office sales
  • Ensure brand loyalty targets are achieved in conjunction with Guest Relations Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in Front Office Management, preferably in a leading 4/5 star hotel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Appropriate 3rd level qualification in Hospitality/Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • Extensive experience managing operating and managing Hotsoft PMS
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to work flexibly, assisting the management Team when needed
