We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Job Description:
- Meet and greet customers, providing a helpful and knowledgeable approach.
- Go above and beyond to assist customers with their tasks, big or small.
Responsibilities:
- Be friendly and helpful when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe sales floor through effective merchandising and stock management.
- Unload stock and deliveries efficiently.
- Participate in other duties as required to support the store team.
- Operate in line with our safety procedures and policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Availability to work part-time, 5 days a week (Monday - Sunday), including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for working in a retail environment and a willingness to learn.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage, particularly in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Fluent English is required.
