Regional Sales Manager Role

This is a pivotal leadership position that drives regional growth by managing and developing high-performing sales teams. The successful candidate will represent a leading fintech company and spearhead the execution of innovative sales strategies to deliver tailored payment solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of business development managers to achieve and exceed individual and regional targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to enhance skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture aligned with company values.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth in line with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and create actionable plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and partners in the region.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales representatives, supporting them in closing deals and overcoming challenges.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, preferably in the fintech, payments, or technology sectors.
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with hands-on experience in field sales.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
