Responsibilities
  • welcome guests to the hotel and register their arrival and departure in a friendly and efficient manner
  • respond to guests' requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings

  • liaise with other departments to ensure guests' requests are dealt with
  • be aware of current room status and room availability
  • update registration cards with guests' details
  • adhere to hotel cash handling policy

Requirements
  • proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)
  • proven experience in customer-facing roles with strong interpersonal and communication skills
