Chief Operational Leader

This is a prime opportunity to spearhead a team of professionals in the leisure industry. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining exceptional standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a diverse team of full and part-time staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Maintain and grow existing programs and bookings, while developing innovative new services to drive business growth and profitability.
- Ensure effective budgetary control, achieving income targets and managing expenditure efficiently.
- Implement and maintain rigorous health and safety management systems, ensuring compliance with guidelines at all times.
- Support the seamless running of the facility, including gym, pool, outdoor venues, and indoor spaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years of business management experience, with team and roster management expertise.
- Strong IT skills, written and oral communication skills, and ability to adapt to changing situations effectively.
