Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by planning and scheduling maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Prioritizing safety in work planning – identifying risks associated with any tasks and implementing mitigation strategies as required.
  • Developing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans and schedules using CMMS systems.
  • Scheduling and assigning activities to align with overall manufacturing priorities and schedules.
  • Collaborating with the Reliability team to develop and implement effective planning strategies for optimum use of downtime windows and resources.
  • Creating reporting tools and analytical software to demonstrate planning performance and track accuracy of maintenance plans, job plans, resourcing, and maintenance spare part analysis.
  • Developing and publishing team metrics and KPIs using data analysis reports and monthly management reports to demonstrate team performance and continuous improvements.
  • Ensuring all vendor SLAs are up to date and aligned with company requirements.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional groups to ensure resources are in place for activities and attending site planning meetings for alignment of schedules.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum Level 7 Engineering-related qualification, with Level 8 being desirable.
  • Extensive experience in similar industries with exposure to maintenance/ engineering planning and LOTO.
  • Proficiency in CMMS systems, particularly Maximo or SAP.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Spotfire an advantage.
  • Proficiency in standard software applications, including MS Excel and SharePoint.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
