  • You will utilize phone, live chat, and web tickets to partner with customers, resolving issues and adapting to fluctuating inquiry volumes.
  • You will proactively identify challenges and opportunities for customers and remove technical barriers for them.
  • You will guide customers through various tools within our software to help them achieve their goals.
