We are seeking a highly organized and proactive support specialist to provide high-level administrative assistance to senior executives in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for those with strong organizational skills and experience supporting senior management. You will be working closely with key stakeholders to anticipate their requirements and manage priorities effectively.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management and multitasking skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Full driving license is required for this role.

About the Role

This position involves providing high-level business support to Board/Senior Directors, including preparing professional documents, reports, and presentations, planning meetings, events, and follow-up actions, as well as acting as a key internal and external point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level business support to senior executives
  • Anticipate and manage director's diaries in line with business priorities
  • Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations
  • Plan meetings, events, and follow-up actions

Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English (essential)
  • Proven executive assistant experience, ideally 3+ years supporting senior management
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
