We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Construction Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our high-profile residential construction project in Dublin City.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing on-site operations, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to final handover
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain smooth daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and enforce best practices across the site
  • Monitor project timelines and resources to keep the project on track
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, including progress reports, H&S records, and quality control logs

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a Construction Operations Manager, preferably on residential projects

  • Able to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
