Community Support Specialist
The Community Support Specialist role involves providing assistance to a client's community, ensuring a positive user experience. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy to resolve inquiries accurately and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities- Assist the client's community by responding to user inquiries with high-quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
- Become knowledgeable about the client's products and community standards to provide informed support.
- Investigate and resolve issues reported on the client's platform, such as requests for account information and reports of potentially abusive content.
The successful candidate will utilize market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to identify scalable solutions to improve support for the community of users. They will gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site.
Key Performance Indicators: Consistently hit KPIs on time, work as part of a team, and demonstrate flexibility in working in a fast-paced environment with different projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluent in English and market language.

- Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong personal resilience to operate in a pressured and fast-paced environment.
