Technical Growth Manager

We are seeking a Technical Growth Manager to oversee and support a scaled portfolio of enterprise users. As a Technical Growth Manager, you will leverage automated tools, standardized processes, and proactive engagement techniques to ensure timely technical guidance, health checks, and adoption strategies for all assigned users.

About the Role

This role focuses on consistent, high-quality account management rather than individualized, deep-dive engagements. You will work cross-functionally across internal teams and provide an elevated support experience by developing one-to-many outreach programs, conducting routine technical health checks, and bringing a builder mentality as you scale and grow the segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a scaled book of enterprise user accounts, typically at a higher ratio.
  • Use dashboards and reporting tools to identify usage trends, spot red flags, and forecast potential risks.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and adoption across the user base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results and provide an elevated support experience.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in operations or account management roles, preferably in payments or fintech.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting to interpret account health metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience understanding APIs, integrations, and common technical troubleshooting steps.
  • Ability to problem solve with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment while navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with users at scale through written content and virtual sessions.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities to balance multiple accounts and outreach programs.
