We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project tasks with staff and clients effectively.
  • Fulfill open shifts in a timely manner and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Keep in regular contact with clients to supply feedback on their requirements and check for any further needs.
  • Assist with employee queries to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Ensure all staff are fully compliant with company standards prior to placement with a client.
  • Follow timesheet policy and procedural guidelines to ensure payroll efficiency.
  • Liaise with payroll and deliver query outcomes to staff.
  • Work closely with the Compliance and Training Departments to ensure ongoing mandatory training requirements are fulfilled and compliance documentation are up to date.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • The ability to listen, guide, and coordinate staff efficiently.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and work to targets.
  • A high level of motivation and pride in one's work is essential for success in this role.
  • Cultivating relationships with existing clients and building new client relationships.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
