Product Builder Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Builder to join our production team. As a key member, you will operate CNC equipment and perform various activities including polishing, deburring, cutting, straightening metal, finishing, cleaning, and inspecting parts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including computer literacy and experience with precision measuring equipment. They should also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cellular environment.

  • Perform cell activities including polishing, deburring, cutting, straightening metal, finishing, and cleaning.
  • Operate CNC equipment for the production of products.
  • Accurately identify cosmetic irregularities.
  • Exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job training of less qualified personnel.
  • Correctly perform all steps of cleaning operation.

Maintaining equipment is crucial, and the successful candidate must communicate effectively with other team members and engineers concerning product defects.
