Job Title:

">Senior Manager Procurement Operations

Responsible for leading a part of the procurement function, driving long-term category strategy development and performance management.

  • Manage strategic programs including enhancements to Strategic Category Management, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Supply Resiliency, Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Diversity, and ESG initiatives.">
  • Develop skills and competencies across the procurement function.">

Key Responsibilities:

">

Enable effective category strategy management by continuously improving the 7-step sourcing process, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Risk programs.

">

Lead all aspects of procurement operations, system controls, and compliance reporting services to support end-users and maintain high service standards.

">

Partner with CSR and procurement teams on key ESG Initiatives to deliver responsible sourcing and targets.

">

Provide governance over source to pay processes, systems, and policies, while driving harmonization, compliance, and efficiencies.

">

Requirements:

">

Experience in driving and implementing tools/technology roadmaps for procurement organizations.

">

Preferred experience in managing source to contract platform tools, supplier lifecycle management, risk management, and contract lifecycle management.

">

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence others to achieve outstanding results.

">

Excellent communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.

">

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and data analytics/visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Cognos IBM).
