Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide expert support to our retailer community in a friendly and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy, customer-focused environment and proficiency in PC packages, including the MS Office suite and Excel. They should also have previous experience with in-house database systems and spreadsheets, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will analyze call and query patterns to identify opportunities for better service and contribute to creating a positive team environment.
