  • Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Paid Social Ad Specialist to join our growing team.
  • Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms, manage campaign lifecycle, implement conversion tracking, analyse campaign performance, identify key insights, generate actionable recommendations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in paid social ads within an agency environment working with ecommerce brands, proven experience managing and optimising campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, strong understanding of ecommerce principles, including customer journey mapping, funnel optimisation, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CLTV, and conversion rates, expertise in campaign management tools, including Business Managers, Ads Managers, and analytics platforms, experience with ecommerce platforms, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, strong attention to detail and organisational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
