Job Title: Chief Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our project coordination efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate R&D Mechatronic development programs, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Act as the primary interface with customers, clearly communicating project status and technical updates.
  • Plan, track, and mitigate risks across the R&D lifecycle, working closely with functional leads and managers.
  • Compile cost estimates for RFIs/RFQs and present project updates to stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional teams (quality, process, purchasing) to ensure smooth transition to Start of Production (SOP).
  • Assist with SOP-related activities to ensure successful product launch and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or coordination of multidisciplinary teams in regulated environments such as automotive, medical devices or other similar environments where a physical product is produced in high volumes.
  • Experience in dealing with customers with the ability to interpret customer requests with clear communication.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in planning projects using tools like MS Project or similar project management software.
