Customer Product Expert

The role of a Customer Support Specialist is to provide high-quality product support to customers. This involves developing in-depth knowledge of the platform, communicating effectively with customers, and resolving software issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a deep understanding of the platform's features and functionality
- Providing timely and effective support to customers via email, live chat, and phone
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Documenting troubleshooting steps and sharing knowledge with colleagues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on technical support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge with colleagues
