Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HR Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity and smooth functionality.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our HRIS platform (Workday), ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
  • Serve as technical lead for Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Reporting, and Dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement solutions for the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR systems, with a focus on HRIS management and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
