Job Description

You'll be part of a culinary team where creativity and passion come together. Your role will be to bring recipes to life, experimenting with different cuisines, flavors, and cooking styles. We have production guidelines and safety procedures in place to ensure you can focus on what you love.

As a cook, you'll work with fresh ingredients and the best equipment, surrounded by a team that shares your enthusiasm for food. You'll help create memorable dining experiences for our guests, working closely with colleagues who share your passion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
  • Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
  • Measure, weigh, mix, chop, trim, and peel food items safely.
  • Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc., using proper techniques.
  • Use various cooking methods on meat, vegetables, and other foods, including baking, roasting, broiling, steaming.
  • Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines.
  • Store food properly, adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
Requirements
  • Experience as a cook or in a related role is required.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
  • Be able to acquire food safety certification.
  • Show basic math and counting skills.
  • Exhibit interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
