You'll work closely with customers to understand their pain points and provide expert guidance on how to configure our platform to meet their needs. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think strategically will enable you to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing pipeline in Salesforce to ensure accurate revenue forecasting
  • Closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently
  • Becoming a product expert across our entire platform
  • Delivering targeted product demos and custom solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to directly influence product development and provide up-market insights
