You'll work closely with customers to understand their pain points and provide expert guidance on how to configure our platform to meet their needs. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think strategically will enable you to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
This role offers a competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) package, including base salary, sales commission, benefits, and equity. If you're passionate about technology and customer success, we'd love to hear from you
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing pipeline in Salesforce to ensure accurate revenue forecasting
- Closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently
- Becoming a product expert across our entire platform
- Delivering targeted product demos and custom solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to directly influence product development and provide up-market insights
