About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Expansion Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and executing strategic plans to expand our presence within existing customer accounts.

As a Strategic Customer Expansion Manager, you'll work closely with our account executives, customer success managers, and other stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute on these plans to drive growth and expansion within our customer base.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a new challenge, leverage their expertise, and contribute to the continued growth and success of SurveyMonkey.

  • Customer Expansion: Manage and execute strategic plans to expand our presence within existing customer accounts.
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities within existing customer accounts and develop strategies to pursue these opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with account executives, customer success managers, and other stakeholders to drive growth and expansion within our customer base.
