We are currently seeking a highly skilled Expansion Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement strategies to expand our services and reach new audiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing plans to expand our services and reach new audiences.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and delivery of projects.
  • Working closely with our internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Managing and analysing data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Ensuring that all activities align with our organisational values and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Key Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Business Development Role.

  • Understanding of the role BDs play in the lead generation context.

  • Proactive and continuous improvement mindset, particularly when it comes to rapidly evolving processes and structures.

  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide as required.

  • Proven track record of revenue directions.

  • Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives.

  • Proven experience growing or scaling a company's customer base.

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience and understanding of disability supports is a distinct advantage.

  • Experience working within a start-up environment an advantage.
