Job Role: As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting our expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
- Present value propositions to key and prospective accounts through proposals and presentations.
- Lead large tenders and assist marketing with standardized templates.
- Conduct competitor research to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in the services sector.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and managing administrative tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in Hygiene or Pest Control is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
