About the Role

The Account Executive is responsible for driving growth and revenue expansion through relationship management and strategic planning.

You will work closely with existing clients to develop and maintain relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Your role involves qualifying sales opportunities based on our sales methodology and metrics, positioning Docusign's value proposition as part of the overall business solution.

You will expand our solution beyond implementation, seeking new business opportunities by presenting, recommending, and upselling new products, services, and partner solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive growth and revenue expansion.

  • Qualify sales opportunities based on our sales methodology and metrics.

  • Position Docusign's value proposition as part of the overall business solution.

  • Expand our solution beyond implementation, seeking new business opportunities.

  • Process sales orders, facilitate customer onboarding, and handle customer needs.

  • Provide accurate and timely reports and forecasts.
