Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating administrative activities for a very busy medical team
  2. Handling incoming calls and transferring to other sections as appropriate
  3. Undertaking general administration tasks such as system administration, query handling, and clerical duties
  4. Managing appointments systems and processing referrals
  5. Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases
  6. Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office Suite (SAP or SharePoint experience an advantage)
  • Strong customer support experience with an excellent telephone manner
  • Experience of handling correspondence and handling sensitive and confidential data
  • Excellent attention to detail with good analytical skills
