Regional Sales Manager Role Overview

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Field Executives in driving sales and visibility for our clients' products across various regions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape, build, and mentor a team with bright careers ahead.

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining performance standards through ongoing training, motivation, and evaluation. You will work closely with the Ireland Channel Director to review results and call data, ensuring delivery of each key performance indicator (KPI).

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and visibility for our clients' products.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of up to 13 Field Executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
