About the Role- Drive revenue expansion and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
As a key member of our success-driven organization, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a structured cadence with named customer accounts to build lasting relationships, present solutions, troubleshoot challenges, manage issues, and close deals.
- Providing expert guidance on best practices for securing and protecting businesses against password-related breaches.
- Supporting customers through proactive account portfolio management, delivering consistent value throughout the entire lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles/Sales roles.
- Fluency in both verbal and written German and English is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge in software integrations (SSO, Directory, etc.), implementation, onboarding, and support.
This role demands:
- Proactive problem-solving and creative thinking.
- Aptitude for learning software; strong skills in business applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to details.
- Onsite meals.
