Customer Experience Manager

Overview:

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for colleagues and customers. As the Shop Floor Manager, you will have responsibility for leading a team of people to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with other leaders to ensure that our store is always well-managed, clean and safe.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an inspiring and motivating leadership style that encourages teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  • Ensure all team members are fully trained and validated in their roles, providing ongoing coaching and support as needed.
  • Establish open channels of communication, promoting trust and transparency throughout the team.
  • Review sales reports, customer feedback, and operational systems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Drive initiatives that promote zero food waste, ensuring effective inventory management and minimizing losses.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong time-management skills and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Recruit top talent for the team, seeking out candidates who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively address customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
