Advanced Manufacturing Process Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate across various functional areas, encompassing production planning, quality management systems, manufacturing engineering, equipment maintenance, and process development.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize innovative communication tools and strategies to resolve complex issues among teams, foster consensus, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform laboratory qualification tasks, provide technical justification for new raw materials, and offer subject matter expertise during critical investigations.
- Analyze and troubleshoot root-cause processing and safety problems, support plant process optimization, and ensure alignment between processes, equipment, automation, and operators.
- A relevant chemistry or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience or a PhD in organic chemistry or a related field (or equivalent synthetic chemistry expertise).
- Proven ability to provide technical solutions for intricate problems through extensive product and process knowledge.
