Customer Service Advocate

Forescout is seeking a resourceful and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of Forescout products and environments in which they are deployed.
- You will provide expert guidance to customers and other support engineers, collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues, handle case escalations and solve customer issues on site, work closely with Engineering to relay any product issues, and travel occasionally to customer sites for emergency technical issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need 5-8 years of technical experience in a support role, a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, outstanding customer-facing skills, and a strong ability to assess situations and adapt according to customer needs.
You should have hands-on experience in both Windows and Linux, Mac OSX platforms, a solid understanding of networking principles and security best practices, and industry certifications such as CISSP, CASP, Security+, CEH, SANS (GCIA, GCIH, GREM, GPEN).
